LIQUIDCAP T-WSS-111

LIQUIDCAP T-WSS-111 is a yellow water soluble liquid produced by extraction of pigments from turmeric root (Curcuma longa L.). It contains curcumin as the major coloring principle. LIQUIDCAP T-WSS-111 can be used in food products where stability at low pH and non-migrating properties are important. It provides a light orange-yellow to dark orange-yellow color depending on the quantity used. In water-based dispersions, it adds a fruity appearance due to the cloudifying effect of the color. LIQUIDCAP T-WSS-111 is suitable for use in the food industry as it provides natural coloring without migrating from the final product. It can be added directly or diluted in soft/distilled water depending on the application.
