SH219 is good for color cosmetics such as foundation make-up base and has a refractive Index of 1.8. It offers prevention of “sebum darkening effect” as the silica becomes more transparent by absorbed sebum and the TiO2 becomes brighter so the overall whiteness of make-up products maintained.
