CC-500 WS

CC-500-WS is a dark red liquid pigment produced by dissolving carminic acid in aqueous potassium hydroxide. It contains 4.28-4.73% carminic acid and has a pH range of 11-12.5. CC-500-WS is suitable for use in the food industry to provide a natural red to pinkish red hue depending on the food product, processing and quantity used.
