BLUE WSS-P

BLUE WSS-P is a dark blue water soluble powder produced by extraction of anthocyanins from vegetable followed by reaction with aluminium salts and subsequently spray dried with maltodextrine. The major coloring principles are anthocyanins. BLUE WSS-P provides a bluish hue and is suitable for applications requiring neutral pH. It can be added directly or dry-blended with other powders. BLUE WSS-P offers uniform and consistent coloring without affecting taste or mouthfeel. Being water soluble and clean label, BLUE WSS-P is well-suited for products where natural coloration is desired.
