BC-100-OS

BC-100-OS is a dispersion of nature identical beta-carotene produced by synthesis. The pigments are suspended in sunflower oil and are present in microcrystalline form. BC-100-OS provides a light yellow to dark yellow hue depending on the quantity used. It can be added directly to the food product while stirring or can be dissolved in oil prior to use. BC-100-OS is suitable for use in the food industry as it provides natural coloring without altering the taste or texture of the food product. The product complies with various food regulations and is certified as vegetarian, kosher and halal.
