BC 100Y WSP is a fine free-flowing reddish-brown powder of nature identical beta-carotene. BC 100Y WSP provides a reddish-orange hue to food products depending on the quantity used. It is homogenously miscible even with cold water and recommended to dilute to a concentration of 2% with soft water before use in food applications. BC 100Y WSP offers benefits like natural coloring and helps improve the appearance of food products without any artificial colors. It has a shelf life of 730 days in unopened containers when stored between 4 to 30 degree celsius.
