ColorFruit® Yellow 400 WSS is a dark reddish brown suspension of natural beta carotene produced by fermentation by strains of the fungus Blakeslea trispora. The preparation is suspended in vegetable oil, food grade emulsifier and water. The major colouring principle is β-carotene (beta-carotene).
