EXFOSEA PEARLESCENT OYSTER is a 100% marine powder prepared from the finely ground (particle size 450 - 250 um) mother-of-pearl oyster shells (Ostrea gigas). It has a beige color with some darker particles and characteristic odor. EXFOSEA PEARLESCENT OYSTER has a density of 0.85 -1.10 and heavy metals content of 20 ppm. It is insoluble in water, mineral oils and vegetal oils. EXFOSEA PEARLESCENT OYSTER has a shelf life of 5 years in closed original packaging and is preservative free. It can be used to add a pearlescent effect and natural shine to products. EXFOSEA PEARLESCENT OYSTER is suitable for providing an iridescent sheen and luster to products without visible particles.
