BC-3000-OS

BC-3000-OS is a dispersion of nature identical B-carotene produced by synthesis. The pigments are suspended in sunflower oil and are present in microcrystalline form. BC-3000-OS provides a light yellow to dark yellow hue depending on the food product, processing and the quantity used. It can be added directly to the food product while stirring or can be dissolved in oil prior to use. BC-3000-OS is suitable for food products with a high fat content. The product is intended for use in food and provides natural coloring without artificial ingredients.
