MOLDX A110

MOLDX A110 is a second generation alumina trihydrate product that provides improved processing viscosities at very high loadings from 250 phr to greater than 350 phr. MOLDX A110 eliminates the need for halogenated resins and other additives typically used to pass conventional flame retardant certification tests such as UL 94VO, UL94 5VA, as well as ASTM E84 Class A ratings. The unique particle size distribution of MOLDX A110 is responsible for giving the low filled viscosities at high loading levels coupled with excellent processing characteristics. MOLDX A110 can provide low cost flame retardancy and smoke suppression in a variety of other color sensitive thermoset processes. MOLDX A110 allows for the elimination of halogens from formulations resulting in greatly reduced smoke generation that is necessary to pass regulations.
