C-3000-OS-PASTE

C-3000-OS-PASTE is a dark green paste produced from the extraction of lucerne, grass or nettle. The pigments are converted to Cu-chlorophyll and diluted in edible vegetable oil. C-3000-OS-PASTE can be used in the food industry to provide a light to dark green hue depending on the food product, processing and the quantity used. It can be added directly to the food product while stirring or can be dissolved in oil prior to use. C-3000-OS-PASTE is suitable for use in foods generally and in foods with a high fat content. It provides natural coloring without artificial dyes. C-3000-OS-PASTE is very viscous at ambient temperature and can be heat treated to 50-60°C for 6-8 hours if necessary.
