BC 100YS WSP

BC 100YS WSP is a yellowish to orange powder of nature identical ß-carotene. As one of the advantages of BC 100YS WSP is its dispersibility in cold water. The powder disperses readily at room temperature in aqueous media to form a dispersion of beta-carotene particles. This allows BC 100YS WSP to be easily incorporated into aqueous food products providing a yellow to orange hue without altering other properties.
