Β-CAROTENE 10% EM YELLOW

β-CAROTENE 10% EM YELLOW is a liquid with a specific gravity of approx. 1.1 (20 °C). It consists of β-CAROTENE dissolved in Corn Oil which is finely emulsified in Glycerol and Water, with Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids as emulsifiers. β-CAROTENE 10% EM YELLOW can be used as a nutrient or colour in food applications including food/dietary supplements and as colouring matter in pharmaceutical preparations. It provides natural colouring and nutritional benefits. β-CAROTENE 10% EM YELLOW is especially sensitive to heat. The product may be stored for 12 months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original container and at a temperature below 15 °C. Once opened, use contents quickly.
